Place eggs in blender with melted butter, salt and milk. Blend well.
Add Bisquick slowly while blending.
Pour into a greased 9” deep pie plate (I spray with PAM).
Sprinkle with cheese on top and press down with back of spoon.
Add crab meat and again gently push down into liquid. Pie pan will be full to the brim.
Place into larger baking dish and pour water around the outside of pie plate to do a water bath.
Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 45 minutes or until the center is firm to the touch.
I cover the top with foil about 20 minutes into the baking.
Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
